January TSA Regionals Project

FruitRacer X is a top-down racer game with a 16-bit art style. The game features 4 exciting race tracks, Boardwalk Laps, Jungle Path, Mysterious Cave, and the Celestial Driftway. The player will attempt to finish each race as fast as possible with their placement impacting their ranking at the end of the game. In the race, all courses have various random power-up boxes scattered throughout the track. These boxes yield specific fruits which will influence the gameplay positively. Use of these power-ups is essential in finishing in first. Each track takes around 1-2 minutes to complete, depending on skill level.
